- As a leader in this field, you'll also be expected to conduct RCA discussions for the products you work on and provide ongoing technical and operational guidance to lead professional work teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 9 Years' experience in Mainframes batch and console operations.
- Proficient in MVS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Mainframe System Knowledge, Basics of Mainframe operations, networking.
- Expertise on monitoring tools like IBM Omega Mon, CA Insight, BMC Main view etc.
- DB2, CICS and other Mainframe related Tools for Batch Environment Experience in scheduling on-request batch jobs that require immediate execution.
- Ability to invoke resolution and restart procedures in case of failures in the batch jobs.
- Execute production subsystem (e.g., IMS, CICS, DB2, IDMS) started tasks restarts, as per support team specifications during special activity changes and upgrading.
