PreSales-Technical Sales role focusing on secure SaaS solutions for communication in the DACH region. Engaging with key accounts, providing technical support and conducting workshops.
Responsibilities
Pre-sales and technical consulting for messaging, voice, video and collaboration solutions
Primary contact for key accounts and new enterprise customers (focus on DACH)
Conduct demos, POCs, workshops and customer training
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and strategic partners (e.g., Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems)
Technical support for tenders and proposal processes
Communicate product value and benefits to audiences from CxOs to technical teams
Support Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, demo script and demo video creation, and white papers
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution engineering or a comparable role
Knowledge in areas such as CPaaS, UCaaS, Messaging (A2P), Secure SaaS, collaboration tools or telecommunications
Strong communication skills across technical levels up to CxOs
Excellent German and English skills (at least business fluent); additional languages are a plus
Independent, structured working style and a collaborative team attitude
Willingness to travel (DACH region, occasional Europe)
