Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field
- Five years of information technology or systems support experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 5+ years of hands-on IT asset management experience within a complex or decentralized environment
- Experience administering Axonius or similar ITAM/CAASM solutions such as Armis, Lansweeper, and Qualys
- Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycle management
- Direct experience with E-Surplus or asset disposal workflows
- Experience supporting storage environments including monitoring, capacity planning, and access management
- Familiarity with software licensing management
- Prior experience in system administration (Windows, Mac or Linux) and backup management
