About the role
- Manage onboarding and transitioning of US Federal customers to managed services at HPE. Leading compliance efforts and cross-functional team collaboration for successful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the successful onboarding and transition of US Federal customers
- Ensure onboarding activities meet federal compliance standards, customer requirements, and organizational objectives
- Manage transition plans and timelines for onboarding US Federal customers
- Work closely with build, professional services, and managed services engineering teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors
- Ensure all activities adhere to US Federal regulations and organizational security policies
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues
- Oversee discovery, data migration, service setup, cutover, and operational readiness
- Maintain comprehensive transition documentation and provide regular updates
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent job experience
- Master Degree preferred
- 10 years experience in project management or like roles/businesses
- Experience onboarding and transitioning projects, preferably in a large or complex environment
- Hands-on Managed Services experience, including collaboration with engineering and professional services teams
- Federal/Public Sector experience, with a strong understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
