About the role

  • Business Architect developing architecture vision and process transformation in supply chain strategies. Leading implementations and optimizing supply chain processes with integration of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the architecture vision and roadmap for the product lifecycle and product costing process transformation, aligning with enterprise and stakeholder goals.
  • Manage the process of identifying opportunities, threats and limitations of the organization and providing insights into the required work to facilitate implementation.
  • Create detailed system designs, blueprints, and models for complex supply chain processes, including application considerations (SAP IBP, S/4HANA, MS4, etc.).
  • Research and recommend new technologies (AI, analytics. Etc.) to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Guide investment and ensure new work is consistent with the investment strategy of the organization.
  • Improve decision making on what to work on by ensuring all costs to manifest value are understood.
  • Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs for seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Lead design governance, ensuring solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.
  • Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and information system teams to understand business processes and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, alternatives, etc., being considered and/or implemented.
  • Support the resolution of inter and intra program & project issues.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Advanced University Degree (Preferred)
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong planning and analysis capabilities, including the development of models, graphical representations, and conceptual abstractions
  • Brings extensive experience (10+ years) with supply‑chain and enterprise application systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
  • Applies advanced communication skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups and influence organizational change
  • Exhibits deep business acumen in Product Lifecycle Management, including Product Costing and Bills of Material, and effectively applies policies and procedures to drive business process transformation
  • Leverages advanced consulting skills—including problem‑solving, prioritization, multi‑tasking, negotiation, and influence—to support decision‑making and facilitate group sessions
