Responsibilities
Oversee financial governance for digital and IT initiatives, ensuring accurate budgeting, expenditure tracking, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Manage end-to-end budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting for IT and digital projects.
Maintain a clear understanding of project scope, cost components (CapEx, OpEx, labor, vendor expenses), forecasts, and long-term financial impact.
Respond to IT and software development requests by assessing scope, classifying costs (including capitalization of development per accounting standards), and ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
Deliver insightful analysis to support business case development for new initiatives and portfolio investments.
Prepare reports on IT costs and risk profiles for leadership review.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and provide recommendations to guide investment decisions.
Lead initiatives to automate IT financial workflows using digital tools and dashboards, enabling real-time visibility and improved efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to provide financial guidance and influence decision-making.
Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
