About the role

  • Head of PMO managing business transformation initiatives for US Retail at Howden. Responsible for governance, delivery, and developing a team of Program Managers and Business Analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, governance, and delivery management of business transformation initiatives
  • Define and maintain program and project management standards
  • Oversee integrated planning and sequencing of initiatives
  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and Business Analysts

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or PMO leadership roles
  • Proven people leadership experience with responsibility for managing junior resources
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification is a plus
