Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers
  • Qualify leads via phone calls and web demos
  • Drive business development with your own ideas for developing sales approaches

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Outbound/SDR/BDR
  • Genuine interest in sales
  • Enjoy proactively contacting and persuading customers
  • Team-oriented and willing to take on responsibility
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Structured and consistent in task follow-up
  • German at native level
