Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) with a focus on acquisition.
- Develop and implement audience nurturing and education strategies (funnels, content, sequences).
- Build and optimize franchise offering funnels, ensuring lead quality and volume predictability.
- Create and monitor acquisition KPIs, ensuring positive ROI and sustainable growth.
- Conduct A/B tests, behavioral analyses and audience studies to improve campaign conversion.
- Collaborate with Branding and Sales to align the lead journey.
- Prospect, map and design point-of-sale (POS) capture strategies to support network expansion.
- Lead external partners (freelancers, agencies, vendors) and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Monitor market trends and apply continuous improvements to performance strategies.
Requirements
- Strong experience with paid traffic, acquisition funnels and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing metrics: CAC, ROI, LTV, CPL, CPM, CTR, conversion rate.
- Experience managing leads and automations (RD Station).
- Ability to create and manage dashboards in Looker/Google Data Studio/Power BI.
- Experience with copywriting for ads, landing pages and emails.
- Knowledge of expansion strategies, franchising or channel development (plus).
- Ability to analyze consumer behavior and optimize customer journeys.
