About the role

  • Strategic owner of product development processes, ensuring organizational capabilities for executing projects. Developing frameworks and governance structures for project management in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the project model, steering documentation, governance structure, and establish process KPIs
  • Develop project management capabilities
  • Translate business needs into requirements and business cases
  • Analyze process performance and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Provide training and support for the organization
  • Monitor trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Represent Sandvik Coromant in external forums and networks

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior roles
  • Background in leadership, preferably within PMO, project management, or operational line roles
  • Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate without formal authority
  • Skilled in project management systems, such as Antura
  • Strong analytical skills, structured ways of working
  • Ability to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
