About the role

  • HR Business Partner for KPMG's Advisory Department providing HR guidance and solutions. Leading recruitment, training needs, and employee relations in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with management of Advisory department and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Performance&Culture department to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Lead salary budgeting and salary review activities in Advisory
  • Prepare and conduct calibration meetings as part of annual performance development process.
  • Oversee recruitment activities and statuses for Advisory vacancies
  • Coordinate complex employee relations issues
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner at least 3 years
  • Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented personality
  • Able to work independently and in team
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics
  • Deep knowledge of labor legislation
