About the role

  • Sales representative responsible for B2B sales of wood and construction materials in Oberbayern. Collaborating with internal teams and developing client relationships within the wood industry.

Responsibilities

  • You will independently manage your sales territory in Upper Bavaria and strategically develop it.
  • You expand existing customer relationships and acquire new partners in the wood industry.
  • You professionally advise customers and sell our products in the building materials, drywall, and wood sectors.
  • You work closely with internal sales and support teams and resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
  • Additionally, you monitor the market and competition, share insights, and implement goals together with us.

Requirements

  • Commercial or vocational/trade training with a passion for sales
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the wood and building materials sectors
  • Enjoy networking, strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proven track record of closing deals
  • Confident user of MS Office and familiarity with common ERP systems
