About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers at HOLYWATER. Engage in innovative sourcing strategies while enhancing recruitment processes with AI.
Responsibilities
- Проводити дебриф з наймаючими менеджерами та разом формувати образ ідеального кандидата.
- Полювати на таланти: LinkedIn, X-Ray, реферали, креативний сорсинг — обирай свою магію.
- Проводити співбесіди, вести кандидатів на всіх етапах, бути їхнім гайдом.
- Готувати оффери й брати участь у фінальних рішеннях.
- Вдосконалювати процеси, тестувати AI-інструменти та придумувати нові підходи.
- Якісно та чітко вести аналітику в ATS.
Requirements
- Досвід у full-cycle рекрутингу (від бріфу до оффера).
- Спеціалізація у non-tech напрямах: маркетинг, креатив, дизайн, операційні ролі.
- Ви про комунікацію, партнерство, відкритість і швидкий темп.
- Не боїтеся експериментувати й вчитися нового (AI вітається 🙌).
- Англійська — від Intermediate.
