Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a professional services, nonprofit, or research-driven environment.
Experienced with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, including hands‑on experience with Dayforce.
Skilled in sourcing and lead generation, with hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools to fill hard‑to‑hire roles.
