Analyze and present data reports while providing recommendations for operational improvements at Holman Fleet & Mobility. Mentor team members and participate in project execution for various accounts.
Responsibilities
Builds, analyzes, and presents both standard and ad-hoc reports.
Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and Holman Fleet & Mobility leadership to implement cost-saving and best practice initiatives.
Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets.
Participate in weekly maintenance calls, creates/maintains action items list, provides status updates to Holman Fleet & Mobility leadership.
Trains and mentors Truck Account Administrators on industry best practices.
Actively collaborate and communicate with all assigned resources during the execution of an assigned project.
Identify and leverage subject matter experts and resources within other teams and/or departments as needed during the course of a project.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience as determined by department management.
Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects application.
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
5-10 years’ experience in the automotive or transportation industry, with advanced technical knowledge.
Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
Basic knowledge of SAP Business Objects reporting platform is preferred.
Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnect systems.
