Responsibilities
Order entry: You handle the creation, maintenance and documentation of orders in the system (Microsoft Navision).
Daily operations support: You work closely with our Key Account Managers and ensure that all information is complete and correctly recorded in the system.
Quality checks: You make sure data is accurate and complete — attention to detail is essential.
Teamwork: You actively contribute, help simplify processes, and gain hands-on experience with sales workflows in an international company.
Requirements
Relevant studies: You are a enrolled student, e.g. in Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, Logistics or a comparable degree program.
Organized & reliable: You like structured workflows and have a strong sense for accuracy.
Digitally competent: You are confident working with Office tools and curious about systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Team spirit & communication: You actively participate, ask questions when needed, and enjoy achieving goals together.
Availability: You can regularly work at least 2 days per week and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real business environment.
