About the role

  • Procurement Specialist managing procurement for Funkwerk Systems GmbH. Documenting processes, supplier negotiations, and material supply assurance in a hybrid role based in Kölleda.

Responsibilities

  • Handling and accurate documentation of all purchasing processes for selected material and service categories
  • Conducting and analyzing tenders
  • Supplier selection
  • Maintenance and development of existing suppliers
  • Conclusion of framework agreements and supply contracts as well as project-related contracts with suppliers, and negotiation of corresponding terms in coordination with the Head of Purchasing
  • Ensuring material supply for all company stakeholders
  • Cross-departmental communication
  • Participation in the digitization and continuous improvement of purchasing processes
  • Implementation and support of new tools in the purchasing environment
  • Further development and maintenance of the e-procurement system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) with a strong IT/digital focus or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Business-fluent English
  • High level of commitment, team orientation and self-motivation
  • Excellent MS Office skills and SAP experience
  • Flexibility and resilience, with an independent and responsible working style
  • Excellent communication skills
