About the role
- Indirect Sourcing Director developing sourcing strategies for professional services categories at Paysafe. Responsible for cost optimization and supplier innovation with measurable value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for professional services categories: managed services, consulting, advisory, audit, tax, legal, and specialized services.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Negotiate contracts inclusive of favorable business terms such as working capital optimization, performance-based incentives, and risk-sharing mechanisms.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders.
- Manage strategic relationships with professional services firms and providers.
- Work in concert with Vendor Management and Risk teams to implement supplier performance management.
- Partner with internal organizations in Finance, Legal, and Compliance to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with Supplier Risk Management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with at least 5 years in professional services category leadership.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including working capital strategies.
- Experience managing professional services categories such as consulting, audit, tax, and legal.
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of use of AI.
