About the role

  • Internship in Sales & Customer Success at Höme, enhancing partner relationships and assisting events. Engaging with tools and providing on-site support for festival management.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the interface between Höme and our partners: from the first point of contact through proposal processes to implementation and ongoing partnership management.
  • You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
  • Your responsibilities include maintaining our existing partnerships, identifying new ones, and helping shape how we can better support festival organizers and other events.
  • Customer Success Management: You are the first point of contact for our partners and help them get the most out of our tools for their events.
  • Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up to date, clean, and well organized.
  • Research: You identify new, exciting events that could be a good fit for us.
  • Support & tools: You will work with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, and of course email.
  • On-site support: When needed, you will occasionally be on site at events and support our team at admissions.
  • Reporting & analysis: You assist with analyzing feedback and data so we can continue to improve.

Requirements

  • You are currently in vocational training or enrolled in a degree program in business administration, communications, media, or a related field.
  • You enjoy communication, organization, and working independently.
  • You can express yourself well — both verbally and in writing — and consistently find the right tone.
  • You have a structured approach to work and a good sense for people.
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in sales or customer support.
  • It is important that you are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
