Fleetmanager supporting logistics operations at a family-owned company with 1,500 vehicles and extensive customer service requirements. Responsible for vehicle management and maintenance processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the fleet management software (creation and administration of vehicle and driver records)
Process driver and vehicle changes according to guidelines
Manage and issue fuel cards
Assist with vehicle scheduling and allocation
Organize and coordinate vehicle handovers, returns and transfers
Prepare data and support reporting (KPIs)
Support process implementation and process optimization
Perform factual invoice checks and forward for approval
Maintain and manage contract documents (e.g., leasing contracts, purchase invoices)
Assist with procurement and administrative processing
Help ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., vehicle inspections [HU], accident prevention checks [UVV], driver license checks)
Communicate with suppliers and service providers as agreed
Handle regulatory fines, insurance documentation and damage reports
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or degree (e.g., certified business administrator, automotive salesperson, logistics specialist)
Professional experience in fleet management
Analytical, structured way of working
Strong numerical aptitude
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
