About the role
- Cloud Engineer for Incident Response building secure AWS cloud infrastructures and managing Kubernetes clusters in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and develop secure AWS cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, e.g., EKS, and operate them efficiently
- Design and automate CI/CD pipelines, including DevSecOps checks
- Support the incident response team in the analysis and remediation of IT security incidents
- Collaborate closely with clients and DevOps, security, and development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation, e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
- Solid expertise in Kubernetes operations and security
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical ability to structure complexity, clarify relationships, and design and explain concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
