- Monitoring and analysis of daily sales
- Implementation of CRM journeys via Salesforce
- Creation of corporate dashboards
- Creation, monitoring, and analysis of commercial campaigns
- Calculation of ROI for commercial initiatives
- Design of short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives based on insights generated from data analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Commercial Intelligence
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and data collection skills, including the ability to translate large volumes of data into actionable insights
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Spanish is a plus
