About the role
- ANALISTA DE INTELIGÊNCIA DO NEGÓCIO III managing business intelligence solutions. Working with data reporting and analysis at Tahto in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Generate, standardize, distribute and periodically analyze KPIs, reports (macro-management/tactical views and micro-management), studies and presentations specific to the businesses within your scope, internally and for the client, supporting operations in managing their business to improve performance;
- Create new reports and optimize existing reports using SAS Base, SAS Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, Teradata SQL, SSIS/ETL and MS Excel, standardizing data management and information publishing. Increase the speed of information generation, reduce generation errors and thereby free up more time to support operations in managing their business;
- Create and maintain the company's data warehouse (DW) so all management areas can use information in an optimized way;
- Prepare operational reports at the micro-management level, tactical reports and management dashboards for the company’s business management;
- Interact with IT, Database and Server teams to report inconsistencies in accessed databases and servers, in order to maintain reliable data sources that can be used to generate information that supports company management;
- Build diagnostics for management and operational KPIs and share them with operations managers in order to propose actions that will increase efficiency and productivity to achieve budgeted objectives, supporting operations in managing their business to improve performance;
- Analyze and monitor business-related indicators to support company business management;
- Prepare ad-hoc studies and data cross-checks to support decision-making, supporting operations in managing their business to improve performance;
- Manage, control and calculate the results of the Incentive system (Variable Compensation and Campaigns) for the operations under your responsibility in accordance with established policies and following incentive criteria to improve operational productivity, while respecting and controlling the budget and encouraging supervisors and operators to increase individual performance;
- Provide support for project implementations;
- Work with a high degree of autonomy;
- Perform other duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Database certification or certification in related areas is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is desirable.
- Familiarity with the COPC methodology is desirable.
- Knowledge of Contact Center operations and the Telecommunications sector is desirable.
