Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and report official metrics for commercial and messaging performance.
- Prepare materials and lead pipeline review meetings.
- Contribute to lead generation aligned with the commercial strategy.
- Ensure all commercial initiatives are mapped and reflected in the CRM as the sales dynamics evolve.
- Assess and optimize commercial processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of customer relationship campaigns.
- Ensure and optimize the customer handling flow for leads originating from campaigns and channels that interface with the Intelligence area, connecting them to the teams responsible for service.
- Control the volume of messages sent according to budget.
- Ensure compliance with the communication and messaging policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Commercial Intelligence, CRM (preferably HubSpot), sales funnel analysis, lead generation/qualification, and execution of multichannel campaigns.
- Experience with commercial automation processes, continuous improvement projects, or CRM system implementations; experience with customer base segmentation and targeted campaigns.
- Experience structuring and reporting commercial data.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and messaging, especially WhatsApp and email marketing.
- Microsoft Office suite.
