Analyst responsible for monitoring commercial performance at Localiza&Co to support decision making and continuous improvement. Engaging in sales performance tracking and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for monitoring and driving commercial performance by connecting sales vs. targets, managing the pipeline, and conducting negotiation analyses to enable quick decisions and continuous improvement of results.
Track Sales vs. Target, identifying deviations, root causes, and leverage opportunities.
Support the construction and updating of forecasts and performance views for leadership (e.g., month-end close, trends, and risks).
Consolidate and communicate executive insights for management routines.
Control the pipeline and sales closings, monitoring progress and bottlenecks.
Produce negotiation analyses.
Support footprint analyses and identification of commercial opportunities (e.g., potential by region/portfolio).
Link funnel metrics to the improvement agenda.
Prepare and lead materials for the monthly results routine and performance checkpoints.
Ensure data consistency and keep performance views up to date (integrations with CRM and supporting data sources).
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree
Experience in Commercial Performance / Commercial Planning / Revenue or related areas
Strong analytical and synthesis skills (able to turn data into recommendations)
Proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Experience with CRM systems
Clear communication skills to interact with different levels (sales representatives, managers, leadership)
