Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently meet and exceed qualified pipeline targets
- Partner with Sales leadership to forecast pipeline, track KPIs, and refine territory planning
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, cadences, lead quality, and follow-up strategy
- Establish scalable processes, playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and performance standards
- Hire, train, and develop top SDR talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
Requirements
- Proven ability to coach and elevate SDR performance with clear frameworks and repeatable methodology
