About the role

  • Customer Support Apprentice at EE providing tech support and customer service through phone interactions. Completing an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with full training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Chat with customers over the phone, helping them with everything from billing questions to tech support
  • Complete a 15-month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
  • Dedicated study day a week, guidance from a college tutor, and extra coaching to help you feel confident in your role

Requirements

  • You don’t need experience, all you need is a great attitude, a friendly voice, and the willingness to learn
  • Ability to listen, solve problems, and build relationships
