Responsibilities
Customer care and communication: First point of contact for existing customers of Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone
Advice & support: Answer questions, resolve issues, and delight customers — transparently, always service-oriented, and with an eye for sales opportunities
Value-added sales: Whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts, you provide sustainable, pressure-free advice with the goal of creating long-term customer satisfaction
Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email or phone — you communicate with professionalism, friendliness and clear language
Requirements
Strong communication skills, empathy & helpfulness: You recognize what customers need and find tailored solutions
Reliability & self-organization: You stay composed and work reliably even in stressful situations
Language skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this position
