Responsibilities
Lead right-to-work, visa sponsorship, and global mobility strategies in line with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with UK and international immigration regulations.
Manage end-to-end immigration and global mobility processes, including relocations and work permits.
Partner with People & Culture, Legal, and external providers to deliver efficient services.
Develop and maintain immigration and global mobility policies with Reward and ER teams.
Provide guidance on tax, social security, and employment law for international assignments.
Act as a key point of contact for colleagues on international moves, ensuring a smooth experience.
Maintain accurate case records and produce compliance and performance reporting.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including immigration authorities and advisors.
Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with legislative and industry changes.
