Responsibilities
Drive asset performance against set KPIs, including inventory turns, availability, ROI, and revenue, by implementing data-driven pricing and inventory strategies.
Define and maintain pricing logic using structured inputs such as turnover, demand, availability, competition, and margin targets.
Provide scenario models, forecasts, and profitability analyses to support commercial planning and strategic decisions, including asset acquisition and divestment.
Monitor asset category performance trends and initiate data-driven improvements.
Structure, integrate, and maintain datasets to enable consistent, accurate, and timely commercial reporting.
Support in designing and maintaining dashboards and visual tools to track KPIs such as aged stock, inventory turnover, ROI, and margin.
Maintain and evolve the reporting framework to ensure transparency and informed decision-making across business functions.
Collaborate with other departments to align asset strategies with commercial goals.
Ensure compliance with internal data governance and process standards while driving continuous improvement in data quality and reporting accuracy.
Support process automation and tool adoption initiatives related to analytics and asset performance tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Data Analytics, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics or asset/inventory management
Strong proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
Demonstrated experience combining, cleaning, and transforming data into meaningful insights
Understanding commercial KPIs and pricing mechanisms in asset-driven environments
Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and effective in multicultural settings
