Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives, ensuring strong performance and target achievement
Develop and implement regional business development strategies, including market entry plans and growth initiatives
Oversee market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning
Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners, acting as the main escalation point when needed
Travel across LATAM markets to represent HFM, lead events, and strengthen regional presence
Oversee and support negotiations and the closing of agreements with affiliates and strategic partners
Coordinate business development activities across the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategies and campaigns
Support the training and development of both team members and internal staff on regional markets and opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role within financial services or online trading (mandatory)
Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is highly preferred
Strong understanding of financial markets and the online trading industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across LATAM countries
Experience working in or with LATAM markets is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
