About the role

  • Business Development Executive Team Leader leading a team at an international broker in LATAM. Driving business growth strategies and maintaining relationships with partners and affiliates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives, ensuring strong performance and target achievement
  • Develop and implement regional business development strategies, including market entry plans and growth initiatives
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners, acting as the main escalation point when needed
  • Travel across LATAM markets to represent HFM, lead events, and strengthen regional presence
  • Oversee and support negotiations and the closing of agreements with affiliates and strategic partners
  • Coordinate business development activities across the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategies and campaigns
  • Support the training and development of both team members and internal staff on regional markets and opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role within financial services or online trading (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and the online trading industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across LATAM countries
  • Experience working in or with LATAM markets is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
