About the role
- Analista Fiscal Pleno managing fiscal activities at Hesselbach Company, ensuring compliance with tax laws in Brazil while supporting clients in their goals.
Responsibilities
- Calculate taxes and submit ancillary tax filings.
- Request approval for payment of tax liabilities (tax payment slips).
- Validate tax entries and reconciliations.
- Organize documentation for tax inspections and audits.
- Support tax inspections and conduct internal audits.
- Check the company's tax status with government agencies.
- Monitor Negative Debt Clearance Certificates (Certidões Negativas de Débito - CND).
- Act as an interface between systems and tax reporting.
- Verify tax books for purchases and sales (input and output ledgers).
- Support the team with various departmental activities.
- Monitor and validate activities performed by junior analysts and assistants in the management ERP.
- Complete/close activities in the system according to role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Proven experience in the tax area, preferably in medium-sized companies.
- Deep knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary tax obligations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and tax management tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, strong organizational skills, and assertive communication.
