Responsibilities
Implantação e revisão da Avaliação de Desempenho com definição de competências, metas e critérios de avaliação, além de acompanhar todo o ciclo junto às lideranças.
Condução de trilhas e ações de desenvolvimento de líderes, incluindo treinamentos, mentorias e direcionamento para práticas de gestão eficaz.
Elaboração, revisão e atualização de planos de cargos, carreiras e salários, com descrição de funções, requisitos, famílias de cargos e tabelas salariais.
Facilitação de workshops, dinâmicas e encontros com lideranças e equipes.
Construção de indicadores e rotinas de acompanhamento.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Psicologia.
Experiência anterior com o desenvolvimento de lideranças e gestão de desempenho serão considerados como um diferencial.
