About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle and onboarding new merchants for Shopify Apps. Driving go-to-market strategies and achieving sales targets in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle — from first contact through to close
  • Close new merchants via inbound (70%) and outbound (30%) channels
  • Meet and exceed your revenue and closing targets
  • Conduct qualified sales calls, product demos and contract negotiations
  • Work in a structured way using our CRM and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Provide structured customer feedback to Product & Growth teams
  • Actively support our go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Proven ability to close complex, consultative software deals
  • Strong affinity for IT, software and digital business models
  • Structured, independent work style with clear pipeline logic
  • Native-level German and strong spoken and written English
