Responsibilities

  • Supporting dental professionals with product enquiries and recommendations
  • Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound calls
  • Contributing to sales opportunities through confident, value‑based conversations
  • Accurate administration of orders, returns and quotes

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a dental environment (highly regarded, but training provided)
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to upsell
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
  • Clear verbal and written communication
