Responsibilities
Jij bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor dagelijkse bankzaken van ondernemers.
Spot commerciële kansen en voorzie ondernemers van informatie over zakelijke producten.
Voer dagelijks +/- 35 telefoongesprekken en los uiteenlopende vraagstukken op.
Je werkt met ongeveer 25 collega's samen.
Minimaal 24 en maximaal 36 uur van maandag tot en met vrijdag beschikbaar tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur.
Requirements
MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau;
Klantcontactervaring in de breedste zin van het woord;
Ervaring in zakelijk klantcontact en/of ondernemen is een pré.
