Responsibilities
Support the service team by raising quotations, creating service agreements, actioning service agreement amendment enquiries, following up on renewals, invoicing, ensuring all documentation is correct and inputting details on to the system
Play an important role in the day to day running of the service team, scheduling engineer appointments, being their first point of contact for customers via phone and email to ensure a smooth transition throughout the contract renewal process
Collaborate closely with engineers and the finance team, building and maintaining good working relationships to enhance the customer experience
Run regular reports, be responsible for ordering service agreement consumables, update spreadsheets and process emails from a shared inbox
Requirements
Strong experience within a support administration position
Very good attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and rectify them
Proactive in your approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
Enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually
Confident communicator making yourself easily approachable and adapting to the changing needs of customers and internal stakeholders
Ability to take ownership of varied processes
Experience in SAP (Service Module) would be ideal though full training will be provided
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Must have the right to work in the UK
