About the role

  • Global Senior Manager responsible for social media and influencer marketing strategies and managing campaigns for a company specializing in coffee technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of social media and influencer strategies
  • Manage social channels, influencer partnerships, and content creation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic concepts into content
  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategy
  • Own influencer & KOLs strategy, from discovery to performance analysis
  • Guide the development of high-performing social content
  • Set KPIs and track performance across programs
  • Partner with Digital team to integrate organic and paid strategies
  • Collaborate with Brand team to manage campaign calendars

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of owning social channels and building high-performing programs.
  • Excellent understanding of platform best practices.
  • Experience managing Influencer and KOLs ecosystems and relationship building.
  • Strong command of English language (ideally, native speaker).
  • German is a plus.
