Responsibilities

  • At LOOP, performance on track and performance in social go hand in hand. We’re looking for a Social Media & Analytics Manager to support the full spectrum of social for a global motorsport brand — combining sharp creative execution with rigorous data analysis to drive impact at speed.
  • In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling and performance, shaping content, guiding strategy, and translating data into clear narratives. From race-day publishing to high-level reporting, you’ll ensure every action is intentional, measurable, and optimized for results.

Requirements

  • Drive End-to-End Social Execution: Lead planning, publishing, and optimization of organic and paid social campaigns aligned with race calendars and campaign objectives.
  • Own Performance Reporting: Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign reports that clearly communicate results, trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Analyze audience behavior, platform metrics, and content performance to continuously refine strategy.
  • Lead Client-Facing Narratives: Present insights and results with clarity and confidence, turning data into compelling stories that support decision-making.
  • Coordinate Content and Editorial Flow: Oversee scheduling, QA, and alignment of content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timing precision.
  • Build and Optimize Reporting Frameworks: Create dashboards, templates, and processes that ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient performance tracking.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that balance cultural relevance with measurable impact.
