About the role

  • Event Coordinator responsible for delivering high-quality events for healthcare professionals. Collaborating across teams at one of Australia’s leading healthtech startups to engage the community.

Responsibilities

  • The Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-quality events that engage clinicians, partners, and the broader healthcare community.
  • Responsible for leading external events end-to-end - such as conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Support the Field Marketing Lead to execute Heidi-owned events, including roadshows, launch events, and in-person education nights.
  • Manage all logistics including booth bookings, supplier engagement, merch and collateral, speaker coordination, shipping, and onsite execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to ensure all events are aligned with Heidi’s brand and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in event coordination or event management
  • Experience delivering both in-person and virtual events
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Vendor management experience and comfort negotiating contracts, quotes, and logistics
  • Strong communication skills — confident interacting with clinicians, partners, and internal teams
  • Intermediate technical skills (Google Workspace, basic design or layout tools, CRM or event registration platforms)
  • Ability to travel as required for event delivery.
