Responsibilities
The Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-quality events that engage clinicians, partners, and the broader healthcare community.
Responsible for leading external events end-to-end - such as conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
Support the Field Marketing Lead to execute Heidi-owned events, including roadshows, launch events, and in-person education nights.
Manage all logistics including booth bookings, supplier engagement, merch and collateral, speaker coordination, shipping, and onsite execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to ensure all events are aligned with Heidi’s brand and strategic goals.
Requirements
2+ years experience in event coordination or event management
Experience delivering both in-person and virtual events
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Vendor management experience and comfort negotiating contracts, quotes, and logistics
Strong communication skills — confident interacting with clinicians, partners, and internal teams
Intermediate technical skills (Google Workspace, basic design or layout tools, CRM or event registration platforms)
Ability to travel as required for event delivery.
