Responsibilities
Provide independent credit assurance across the Group
Conduct hindsight reviews of credit applications and settled files across all business units.
Evaluate credit decisions against Risk appetite, Group policies, and Commercial
Perform reviews on adherence to approval processes and delegated authorities
Execute the credit assurance program, including sector and portfolio reviews.
Produce high-quality insights and review findings for stakeholders
Collaborate with business and risk functions to support sound risk management practices.
Recommend and implement process improvements based on findings
Requirements
Strong credit risk expertise, including credit assessment and policy knowledge.
Experience in a similar role, such as credit review, credit risk, or Line 2 function preferably in Banking & Finance
