About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product team leaders on operational excellence and organizational effectiveness
- Identify strategic opportunities to improve product maturity and capabilities
- Act as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to drive transformation and ensure alignment
- Ensure smooth communication, visibility, and accountability across all stakeholders
- Drive onboarding, training, and change management for new tools and processes
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the product organization’s operating model
- Define scalable processes and best practices and drive continuous improvement in product operations
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, strategy consulting, or technical program management
- Demonstrated experience in completing successful product operations modernization initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives
- Proficiency with modern product tools and the willingness to critically examine new ones.
- Experience in health tech (preferred)
