About the role

  • Senior Manager facilitating product team operations and systems for efficient software delivery at Homecare Homebase. Championing continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment in product management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Product team leaders on operational excellence and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify strategic opportunities to improve product maturity and capabilities
  • Act as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to drive transformation and ensure alignment
  • Ensure smooth communication, visibility, and accountability across all stakeholders
  • Drive onboarding, training, and change management for new tools and processes
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the product organization’s operating model
  • Define scalable processes and best practices and drive continuous improvement in product operations

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, strategy consulting, or technical program management
  • Demonstrated experience in completing successful product operations modernization initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives
  • Proficiency with modern product tools and the willingness to critically examine new ones.
  • Experience in health tech (preferred)
