About the role
- Product Operations Associate managing OTT app creation and support for clients in Latin America. Collaborating with Sales, IT, and Marketing teams to optimize user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with Sales, IT, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Create new apps on our SaaS portal: upload logos/images, configure features, DRM, and finalize app packages.
- Coordinate and support third-party integrations (ERPs, payment gateways, CRMs, plugins), documenting processes and ensuring smooth operation.
- Monitor and analyze app performance metrics and user activity.
- Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and general app support.
- Provide system administration: manage user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
