Execute an innovative, cross-platform strategy to grow Delish’s social presence
Develop and manage Delish’s social calendar and promotional plans for editorial initiatives
Post content to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Apple News in line with brand standards and deadlines
Monitor platform performance and report insights to inform future strategy
Collaborate across teams—art, editorial, food, and video—to produce engaging, social-first content
Stay on top of emerging social trends and integrate them into brand storytelling
Contribute to the development of new ideas that build community and drive engagement
Requirements
2+ years of social media experience, with strong editorial judgment and excellent writing skills
Demonstrated ability to spot trends, write compelling copy, and produce engaging multimedia content
Proficiency in social analytics and publishing tools (e.g., TrueAnthem, Google Analytics, Dash Hudson)
Highly collaborative, organized, and solution-oriented with a sharp attention to detail
A love of food culture and digital storytelling that brings people together
Hybrid: 4 days per week in the NYC office
