Responsibilities
Plan and execute the editorial strategy for clinics and medical practices
Translate demand-generation objectives into content calendars, scripts, and reports that convert qualified leads
Ensure delivery of three posts per week per client, meeting deadlines and volume targets (up to 15 accounts)
Structure and define scripts for strategic content focused on performance and engagement
Develop narratives and storytelling that connect with the target audience in a meaningful way
Plan and schedule content and campaigns aligned with the agency's strategic goals
Produce scripts that facilitate recording and improve content performance
Deliver performance reports and implement adjustments based on metrics
Work in synergy with editors and designers to ensure the quality of produced assets
Support or perform video and image editing to optimize content delivery
Monitor and analyze content performance, making adjustments as needed
Requirements
Knowledge of storytelling methodologies and building effective narratives
Strong command of digital marketing and content strategies, with understanding of conversion funnels
Possess a portfolio or client case studies
Proficiency in SEO techniques to optimize produced content
