About the role

  • Social Media Manager managing daily Social Media execution and client interactions in Berlin for a globally connected agency. Collaborating with central teams and focusing on editorial excellence.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for daily social media execution
  • Work closely with the central team
  • Maintain direct contact with the client
  • Combine editorial thinking with operational excellence and confident communication
  • Conduct editorial research and planning for brand presence on social media
  • Create, adapt and publish content across multiple social media platforms
  • Active community management on relevant social channels, including engagement with local audiences
  • Close collaboration with the central social team, creative and client service
  • Direct communication with the client on daily topics, feedback and alignments
  • Support the preparation of reports and performance analyses, including insights, trends and actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social media campaigns, both locally and centrally driven
  • Ensure adherence to brand tone of voice and platform-specific best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in an agency or editorial environment
  • Very good command of Polish, English and German
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and mechanics
  • Passion for social media, digital culture and storytelling
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong sense for tone of voice, brand voice and community interaction
  • Confident in direct client communication and constructive handling of feedback
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Experience with common social media tools
