About the role

  • Social Media Specialist responsible for managing Instagram and Facebook profiles while optimizing campaigns. Developing content strategies and analyzing performance metrics to drive audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize multiple Instagram and Facebook profiles.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform using platforms like Sprout Social.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative and targeting to enhance results.
  • Develop integrated social media strategies that increase brand awareness and follower growth.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for audience engagement and brand expansion.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Use insights to refine strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Present clear, actionable monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and execute creative campaigns.
  • Bring fresh perspectives to enhance storytelling and brand visibility.
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and creative approaches.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media.
  • Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and elevate social media presence.
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects at once.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into action.
  • Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Graphic design or video editing experience.
  • Experience with influencer collaborations.
  • Familiarity with emerging platforms (TikTok, Threads, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO or broader digital marketing concepts.
