About the role

  • Technical Support Specialist providing IT support for HealthJoy's operations in a hybrid work environment. Involves equipment management, troubleshooting, and employee assistance for both onsite and remote users.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the imaging and deployment of user IT equipment (Laptops, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, etc.)
  • Execute excellent support for new and existing employees both onsite and remotely, ensuring that all support requests are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Maintain Inventory of IT equipment for users on-site
  • Monthly SaaS audits for users/licenses not using tools
  • Manage and handle tickets within the IT ticketing system as well as communication platform(s) via Email and Slack; Serve as Tier 1 and 2 contact points for IT issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our support operations
  • Perform on site maintenance of IT equipment including network equipment, security cameras, and smartboards
  • Engage with team members, sharing insights, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to collectively enhance our support capabilities
  • Proactively seek solutions and independently manage workload by efficiently prioritizing tasks, conducting thorough research, and utilizing available resources to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Be a trusted and reliable team member and peer for cross-functional colleagues

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in Technical Support (strongly preferred)
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English proficiency
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting OS Windows/Mac and SaaS applications
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting knowledge
  • Ability to work with hardware vendors and service centers
  • Willingness to learn new skills in IT Support and Remote First technical environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
