Responsibilities
Provide support for Payroll Department routines, ensuring correct execution of processes related to personnel administration, using the Protheus (TOTVS) system
Perform onboarding, termination, timekeeping, and maintenance of employee records in Protheus
Assist in preparing and closing the payroll, including social charges, benefits and statutory filings
Monitor and record vacations, leaves of absence, medical certificates and personnel movements
Review and generate reports from the Protheus system
Assist with compliance of legal obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, etc.)
Respond to employee inquiries, clarifying questions about payroll, benefits, legislation and internal procedures
Support onboarding processes for new employees
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
Experience: Prior experience with Payroll Department routines, including use of the Protheus (TOTVS) system
