Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with schools, churches, organizations, and professionals
  • Generating leads through community engagement and digital platforms
  • Representing our brands at events and in the community
  • Following up with leads and scheduling service appointments
  • Educating individuals and business owners on counseling, insurance, and retirement solutions
  • Guiding clients toward services that improve emotional and financial wellness
  • Supporting outreach campaigns
  • Promoting services via email and social media
  • Helping reduce stigma around mental health and increase financial literacy

Requirements

  • Experience in outreach, sales, community engagement, or client services preferred
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
  • Motivated by results and growth
